Refund policy

At Euro Caps, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, all headwear items (including skull caps) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once opened, worn, or used.

We only accept return requests if:

  • The item received is defective, or

  • The incorrect item was sent

All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Once a return request is received, we will evaluate the issue further and notify you of the outcome. Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be considered.

Refunds

If your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by us.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for:

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect items sent

All exchanges are subject to product availability.

Sale Items

Items purchased during sales, promotions, or discounted offers are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless defective.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Each case will be reviewed individually.
